ExpressMap™ Services
ExpressMap™ is an innovative and cost-effective alternative to an ALTA/ACSM land title survey. Developed by First American Title Insurance Company for their exclusive use, they have selected First American Commercial Due Diligence Services as the only authorized agent for the production of the ExpressMap™ product.

Site Development Coordination Services
First American Commercial Due Diligence Services has provided coordination services on thousands of sites for the land development industry. Our coordination services include: pre-acquisition site evaluations, pre-construction surveys, engineering and architectural services and post-construction as-built ALTA/ACSM surveys. Our technologically experienced team understands the complex engineering aspects required to manage large projects during the development and construction phase, as well as for the land title transaction phase.

Our team works as a partner with our clients on each land development project. We provide advantages that include the ability to electronically share files and drawings in order to assist others involved with the project as requested by our clients. Additionally, our clients are provided secure online access for up-to-date status reporting.
